 trian flagship projects and organizations in the sector of renewable energ
 ies and energy efficiency.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nDuring the 5-day-trip the interna
 tional participants visit innovative companies and renewable power plants 
 in Lower Austria. The aim of the tour is to estimate the potential of smar
 t technologies for the energy transition of different regions and to devel
 op concepts and policy recommendations for villages in rural areas.\nWho c
 an participate?\nStudents and young professionals that fulfil the followin
 g criteria:\n\nAge from 16 to 28 years\nInterest in energy issues\nEnglish
  language skills (English is the working language)\nPreferably education/p
 rofession in fields related to e.g. energy technologies\, energy economics
 \, engineering et\n\nThe number of participants is limited to 25 persons a
 s well as to a maximum of two persons per region. A balance between female
  and male participants will be taken into account.\n\n\n\n\nHow to become
